Proverbs 21:26-28

New International Version

²⁶ All day long he craves for more,
    but the righteous^(A) give without sparing.^(B)

²⁷ The sacrifice of the wicked is detestable^(C)—
    how much more so when brought with evil intent!^(D)

²⁸ A false witness^(E) will perish,^(F)
    but a careful listener will testify successfully.
